Today ICS MAXMANSERV SRL owns production workshops including a cutting workshop, a thermal transfer site, a pigment workshop, a sewing workshop, a wet-heat treatment and packaging workshop.
In the cutting shop fabrics are laid, decking is cut into pieces, shallowing and cutting out parts, quality control of the cut, picking of the cut parts. The improvement of cutting production processes is aimed at obtaining a high quality cut, economical use of materials and reducing costs per unit of production. The cutting shop has 6 decking tables, an automatic Gerber complex and 5 manual ribbon cutting knives. The amount of cloth cutting is 6,000-6,500 kg per day.
In the sewing workshop full tailoring is carried out on technological streams equipped with grinding and special machines as well as equipment for wet-heat treatment. The capacity of the sewing workshop is 156,000 minutes per day (325 seamstresses). The offered range: knitwear, textiles, workwear, etc.
Our printing production is equipped with automatic stencil printing machines of the carousel type which are specially designed for applying images to products. The equipment manufacturer is PRINTEX company. We use paints from the Italian company Taking and the Swiss company CHT for printing. High-performance, reliable machines allow you to print up to 25,000-30,000 prints per day. In 2021 the garment factory exported 5,690,255 units of production.
